Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account information: your email address, sign-in events, and the projects you create. Sign-in is by emailed link — we store only a hashed token, never a password.
Business content you provide: your discovery conversation, uploaded documents and spreadsheets, links you share, and the blueprint and application built from them.
Application data: the data your hosted application stores for your business, which we hold on your behalf.
Usage and logs: product analytics (pages visited, features used) tied to a random identifier, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To build, test, host, monitor, and maintain your application; to invite you and communicate with you about the service; to understand how the product is used so we can improve it; and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business data for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use a small set of processors: Railway (hosting, databases, and object storage for the service and for your application), Anthropic and OpenRouter (AI model providers that process relevant content during discovery and builds), and PostHog (product analytics). When we add an email provider for sign-in links and notifications, it will be listed here before it handles your address for that purpose.

Cookies and local storage

One session cookie keeps you signed in. A random identifier in your browser's local storage lets us count visits without knowing who you are until you sign in. No third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep account and project data while your account is active. Email support@pariter.ai to export or delete your data; deletion completes within 30 days, subject to short backup-retention windows and records we must keep by law.

What not to put in the service

The service is not designed for regulated health records (PHI), payment-card numbers, or government identifiers. Your application can take payments through your own Stripe account — card details go to Stripe, not to us.
