Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026 · Beta
1. Who we are and what this covers
These terms govern your use of Pariter (“we,” “us”), a service that turns a description of your business into a working web application and then hosts, monitors, and maintains it for you. By requesting access, signing in, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.
2. The beta
The service is in a private beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn; we may limit how much of the service any account can use; and we may decline or revoke access at our discretion. We will never delete a live application you depend on without notice and a chance to export your data.
3. Your account
Anyone may open an account with an email address they control; we may decline or close accounts that break these terms. Sign-in links and sessions are personal to you — don't share them. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for making sure the information you give us about your business is accurate and yours to share.
4. Your content and your data
Everything you provide — descriptions, documents, spreadsheets, and the business data your application stores — remains yours. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service: to process your content to build, test, host, monitor, and maintain your application, including sending relevant content to the AI model providers we use. We do not sell your data and we do not use your business data to advertise to anyone. On request at hello@pariter.ai, we will export or delete your data (subject to short backup-retention windows).
If you bring an application you already have and ask us to host it as it is, you confirm that you own its code or have the right to have us run it, and that its accounts, keys and data are yours to hand us. We run that code as you give it to us; we do not review it line by line, and our verification applies only to what we build. You remain responsible for what it does.
5. AI-generated software
Applications are generated by AI systems and verified against an independent test suite compiled from a blueprint you approve (described on our How we prove it page). Verification reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. You are responsible for reviewing the blueprint you approve and for how you and your users use the application, including compliance with the laws that apply to your business. The service is not designed for regulated health records (PHI), payment-card storage, or other data requiring certified compliance regimes — don't put them in it.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to build anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful; don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service or other customers' applications; don't misrepresent who you are. We may suspend accounts that do.
These rules apply to code you bring to us exactly as they do to what we build. We may refuse to host, or take offline, any application that breaks them, infringes someone else's rights, or puts other people at risk (for example, one that exposes an administrator key to its visitors). Unless the risk is urgent, we will tell you first and say what needs to change; either way we will tell you why, and give you a way to export its data. To report an application hosted here, write to hello@pariter.ai.
7. Fees
Drafting a blueprint and building your application are free to try: Pariter pays for your first build, once per account. A private preview is free and needs no card.
Publishing. To publish an application at its own address so others can use it, you add a card. Adding a card charges nothing. Your first published application starts a free trial of 14 days. When the trial ends, the Starter plan (US$49 per application per month) is charged automatically to that card, and then every month, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We email you 3 days and 1 day before the first charge. One free trial per account; a second application, or a plan started again later, is charged from the day it starts.
Plans. Each published application is on one plan: Starter (US$49 per month), Growth (US$149 per month) or Scale (US$399 per month). Each plan includes a monthly amount of updates, a number of people who may use the application, and other features, as shown on our Pricing page when you choose it. Work beyond what your plan includes uses prepaid credits, at the rates shown before each change. If you change plans, the difference is prorated.
Cancelling and failed payments. You can cancel at any time from your Billing page. Your application stays live until the end of the period already paid for (or of the trial), and is then paused, not deleted. If a payment fails, your applications stay live for 7 days while you update your card; after that they are paused, not deleted. A paused application's data is kept until you resume or ask us to delete it.
Credits. Credits do not expire while your account is open. Unused credits you bought are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase; credits already used, and included credits, are not. Founding-partner arrangements are agreed with you in writing and take precedence over this section where they differ.
8. Third-party services
The service runs on third-party infrastructure and model providers (listed in the Privacy Policy). Their availability affects ours; where they impose terms on data they process, those terms apply to that processing.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data; and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the greater of US$100 and the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Ending things
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and data. We can suspend or end beta access with reasonable notice; if we end it, we'll give you a window to export your application's data first.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the beta evolves; material changes will be announced by email to account holders, and the date above always reflects the current version. Questions: hello@pariter.ai. A person replies within one business day.
